Mel Arsenault est une artiste en arts visuels établie à Montréal. Son travail qui est soutenu par un mode de recherche empirique mène à différentes investigations sur la matérialité, la transformation et la couleur et propose des interprétations sensibles d'idées concernant diverse formes de savoir. En 2016, Mel Arsenault a remporté le prix Outstanding Work and Meaningful Contribution to Ceramics délivré par le Département d’arts plastiques de l’Université Concordia. Son travail a été montré au Canada, en Italie, Roumanie, et au Danemark.

Mel Arsenault is an artist who lives and work in Montreal. She has a BFA in Painting and Drawing from Concordia University where she is now an MFA candidate in Sculpture. Her current practice focuses on ceramics, in which her background as a painter has remained significant. She has been the recipient of the ‘Outstanding Work and Meaningful Contribution to Ceramics Award’ given by the Studio Arts department of Concordia University. Her work has been shown in Canada, Italy, Romania, and Denmark.
